Need a cute hats that a toddler can't easily pull off. Here's your answer. It's warm and cute too. It comes in a variety of colors and trims for boys and girls. Sizes are small, medium and large. The hat shown is a medium and is shown worn by a 20 month old. It all depends on the child's head size. The hat attaches under the chin with velcro. It is washable.
